That’s because the first thing she does when she wakes up is have her coffee. The second is her workout routine. “I am a morning exercise girl-some sort of movement,” she says. “It doesn't need to be anything crazy. It can be hot yoga, a bootcamp class-it's very meditative for me. It's this time when I'm getting out my endorphins, so I'm kind of cheating the happiness levels. But also, I’m thinking about what’s going on; it's my little time. After that, that's when we do the shower, and we do the whole thing.”
“I'm all about hydrating,” Chamberlain says. “I need products with hyaluronic acid. Love the Génifique line-it's everywhere, morning and night. The only difference is at night, I do love to use the Clarifique chemical exfoliant. It gets rid of those dead skin cells; it just does the trick.”
“Honestly, on a day-to-day basis, I'm really minimal with my beauty look, in general,” Chamberlain says. “I tend to go really light on the skin. But I love to get dolled up for a special event because it's fun. It's time to play, and so I love doing both. That's something that I've learned over the years is about making me feel good. It's not about making anyone else think a certain thing about me. Also, now I just love to play. I used to do boring stuff. But now I want to work with cool makeup artists and have them make me look like a completely different person every once in a while. I don't really have a comfort zone with makeup anymore. I'll bleach the brows. I'll do whatever.”
