Essential Information for Your Visit
What to Bring:
- Two large towels
- A bathrobe
- Your swimsuit
- Bathing slippers
- Shower items
How It Works:
Upon arrival, you'll receive a bracelet that serves as your locker key and electronic payment system. This allows you to securely store your belongings and make purchases within the center without carrying cash. The bracelet tracks any expenses, such as drinks, food, or additional treatments, which you'll pay for upon exiting Asmana.
The locker area is unisex, with changing cabins available for privacy. After changing into your swimsuit and taking a quick shower, you're ready to immerse yourself in the world of Asmana.
Ceremonies of Wellness:
One of Asmana's unique offerings is the "Aufguss" ceremonies held in the saunas and hammam. These ceremonies, popular in Germany and Northern Europe, are a first for Italy. Led by trained staff, these experiences combine music, steam, and essential oils to create a memorable and invigorating sauna session. In the hammam, you'll receive salt to use as a body scrub, enhancing the purifying steam bath.
Exploring the Facilities:
Start your Asmana journey by warming up in the foot bath before heading to the heated indoor pool with its massaging water jets. Take your time to explore each area, from the Cave or Grotto with its chromotherapy waterfall to the various saunas and relaxation zones. Don't miss the outdoor pools, including the Vortex, a small jet river that propels you around a small island.
Take breaks throughout the day to rehydrate and enjoy a light lunch at the on-site restaurant, which offers a variety of tasty and healthy options.
Relaxation Guaranteed: No Kids and No Cell Phones
Asmana prioritizes relaxation by implementing two important policies: no children under 18 and no cell phones allowed inside the spa area. This ensures a peaceful and distraction-free environment for all guests.
Special Events Throughout the Week
