Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches
Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches has been open at 1115 Airway Blvd. No. 100 since May 8. Manager Mercedes Duran said business has been good, especially with about eight vehicle dealerships within a short driving distance. The newest dealership, Infinity El Paso, opened about a month ago at 1140 Airway Blvd. The restaurant caters within a five-minute area, allowing it to uphold its "freaky fast" motto. It is also known for its freshness, with prepping and slicing of veggies happening first thing every morning.

Mario Southern, one of the co-owners of the Charcoaler Drive-In Restaurant, is happy to be serving burgers. Ruben R. is co-owner of Wing Daddy's and Toro Burger.
