Breakfast of Champions

Simple and Balanced Lunches
For lunch, Hilton prefers quick and easy options. "And then for lunch, I love making sandwiches, with baguettes and turkey and cheddar cheese and lettuce and mayo and mustard, with fruit and smoothies," Hilton said. This simple assembly makes for a balanced and convenient midday meal.
Dinner: Italian Night and Lasagna

Shopping is Cardio
“I never really work out in real life, because I am constantly so busy that my life is like a work out. Shopping is my cardio.”
An Active Lifestyle
"I’ve never been a gym person," she told the Wall Street Journal. "My workout used to be just dancing, from being a deejay and having to go out at night and go to music festivals and things like that. But obviously with the world being shut down, it’s different. So I like to do things that are fun, just being outdoors; I take my dogs for walks. I love going on hikes, playing tennis, going swimming, surfing, horseback riding, really just getting outside. Or shopping. She enjoys outdoor activities like walking her dogs, hiking, tennis, swimming, surfing, and horseback riding. She also considers her DJ sets, with all the jumping and dancing, as a form of exercise.
At-Home Wellness Center
Paris has a wellness center in her house with a hyperbaric chamber and a cryotherapy machine. “I am so busy. I’m working all the time, so I don’t really have time for working out. I have a wellness center I built at my house, so I’ll do a hyperbaric chamber, and we have a cryotherapy machine, so those are really good for you,” Hilton told Marie Claire.
Lymphatic Drainage
Hilton also uses a lymphatic drainage machine at home every day. "It’s called Ballancer Pro, so every night while I’m watching TV before bed, I’ll put it on. It’s like a full-on suit," she explains. "It just completely lymphatic-drains everything-it’s insane, I love it. It feels good. It’s just like squeezing you and kind of draining all the fluids out. You don’t even need to work out. It just makes your body, like, perfect. It’s really cool.”

Other wacky workout tips on Hilton’s list include cycling around her home on a pink bike, doing sit-ups with an inflatable unicorn as a leg rest, and executing pull-ups in front of a neon sign that reads, “Need Money For Gucci;” motivation enough to stay fit, or at least fashionable.

Must-Have Beauty Products

During my facials I also use my NeurotriS Face and Body Toner. I do love skiing and surfing when on vacation. RoutineLike I said, I’m obsessed with skincare, so [I do] my whole skincare routine, making sure to do like face masks and using the under eye patches. I also have, from Dennis Gross, this mask you put on that has a different light, and I just got this new machine from Omnilux, which is what they have in facialists’ offices. I do 10 minutes in the morning, and then 10 minutes at night, and I’ve noticed such a difference. My skin is glowing. [I spend] probably like 45 minutes [on skincare in the evening]. And then I also have this lymphatic drainage machine, which I do every single day. It’s called Ballancer Pro, so every night while I’m watching TV before bed, I’ll put it on. It’s like a full-on suit, like you put the leg part first, and then the top part, it’s like a jacket, and it just completely lymphatic-drains everything, it’s insane, I love it. It feels good, it’s just like squeezing you and kind of draining all the fluids out. You don’t even need to work out, it just makes your body, like, perfect. It’s really cool.

Sleep is Essential

I love sitting with them and playing games and reading books. My sister always says you don’t want to miss those moments. All my free time, I’m doing that. And then also my music and my art.
