In July, she reflected on her weight loss by sharing a photo of herself in a black bikini top with a matching black skirt alongside a photo of herself appearing heavier on the reality show. "43 pounds I gained this time last year," she wrote.

Relationship with Jayson Zuniga

In addition to discussing her weight loss, Liz revealed that she met her current boyfriend, Jayson Zuniga, through their shared love of staying active. "We actually met at a run.
