The microwave is the quickest and easiest method to reheat your meals. We suggest starting at 2 minutes or until fully warmed. 99% of our meals are gluten free! We recommend always reading the ingredient label if there are certain foods you’re trying to avoid. It depends when they we’re made. All of our meals have a “freeze by” date listed on them.
