What is a Chaffle?
A "chaffle" is a waffle made with cheese and eggs. This super-simple, 3 ingredient recipe is something we’ve been cooking up around here and wanted to share with everyone. And around here we add one more ingredient: Keto Chow (OK, you can actually add additional ingredients like sugar-free chocolate chips but the core recipe is really simple =).

Keto Chow Waffle Recipe #1
A perfect weekend breakfast, or decadent dessert topped with keto-friendly ice cream and chocolate sauce.
Ingredients:
- 7" Belgian waffle iron
- 2 large egg(s) separated
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter melted
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 serving Irish Cream Keto Chow
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- cooking oil spray for greasing the waffle iron
Instructions:
- Beat the egg whites to soft peaks with an electric mixer.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and egg yolks together.
- Stir the Keto Chow into the butter and egg mixture, then add the water and mix again.
- Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the batter.
- Heat your waffle iron to medium-high setting.

Keto Chow Waffle Recipe #2 (Mini Waffles)
Ingredients:
- 3 large egg(s)
- 1 cup cheese (we typically use mozzarella or Monterey jack)
- 1 serving Keto Chow flavor of your choice (whichever flavor you like!)
- Other ingredients like chocolate chips if desired
Instructions:
- Crack open and empty eggs into a bowl
- Add cheese.
- Add Keto Chow.
- Add other ingredients like chocolate chips if desired
- Mix to get the clumps out
- Put a small amount of the mixture into the waffle maker, this will take a bit of practice to get right but it's around 2 tablespoons. You're only filling it maybe halfway.

You could make these on a larger waffle maker but it’s more difficult to do and they just don’t turn out as well. The Dash Mini Maker is frankly the best thing we have found - we own 4!
