Some of her favorite dishes on the program include chicken carbonara and the breakfast omelet. She also enjoys the chocolate lava cake, the cheesecake, and the lemon cake because she loves sweets.

When we are fully conscious of what and how we are eating, we become easily aware of when our stomachs are full, and this prevents overeating.

Brittany clarified that she has never used any weight loss drugs and preferred a natural approach to her transformation. She confessed that she has “terrible anxiety,” so she has always steered clear of weight loss drugs, including Ozempic and Mounjaro. She added that she also has a “sensitive stomach,” and knows well that these drugs are not “realistic long-term.”

Brittany shared that while she still wants to lose "five or 10 more pounds," her biggest priority is "to feel good" about herself.
