This restrictive calorie, low-fat, and low-carb diet targets visceral belly fat and incorporates careful diet planning. A personal consultation is the first step for anyone interested in weight loss and wellness programs at Illume. A $325 initial assessment fee is required for all Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Phentermine programs, including labs, body composition analysis, vitals, a starting packet, and more.
