- Medical Conditions: Guests are asked to share any current medical conditions upon booking reservations to ensure that the services provided are safe and appropriate. Certain services may not be suitable for guests with pre-existing medical conditions, such as pregnancy.
- Guests Under 18: Guests under 18 years of age require parental consent via a signed Minor Waiver. In some cases, a parent must accompany the minor during the treatment. All facilities and amenities are adult-only, and proper attire is required for minors receiving services.
- Arrival Time: Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their service to take full advantage of the spa's amenities and facilities.
- Late Arrivals: If a guest is late for an appointment, the treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next guest.
