Nicole Nafziger, known for her appearances on 90 Day Fiancé, has publicly documented her journey toward a healthier lifestyle, sharing updates on her progress via Instagram. Through consistent effort and dedication, Nicole has already achieved significant milestones.
Initial Spark and Motivation
Nicole revealed that nearing 300 pounds served as the catalyst for her transformation. The fear of exceeding that weight motivated her to take action. Her weight had reached 296 pounds, and she decided she was ready for a change.
Early Progress: A Promising Start
Nicole shared before-and-after photos of her scale, revealing a drop from 292.6 pounds on October 20 to 278.6 pounds. In 18 days, she lost 14 pounds.
The Role of DietBet
Nicole credits DietBet as a key factor in her success. DietBet involves wagering money into a "pot" with other participants. If participants successfully lose 4% of their body weight within four weeks, they split the pot. Based on her starting weight, Nicole's 4% weight loss goal was 11.7 pounds, aiming to reach 280.9 pounds. She was happy to have reached her short-term goal four days before the DietBet ended and was still progressing. She found the DietBet motivating to hit that goal and win! She wins for herself and wins a little extra cash!
How DietBet Works
DietBet functions by creating a financial incentive for weight loss. Participants place a bet, and those who achieve the 4% weight loss goal within the given timeframe split the collective pot. This concept leverages financial motivation to encourage adherence to weight loss goals.

One serving of a protein that she eat and then veggies. Or a healthier version of a food she’s eaten before like the goulash she has made a few days ago. She use brown rice noodles.
