Cupping: An Ancient Therapy for Modern Wellness
Cupping is an alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This suction is believed to improve the flow of energy in the body and facilitate healing. It's an ancient therapy and has been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine.
Cupping is used to ease pain, headaches and promote healing. Suction (negative pressure) from cupping draws fluid into the treated area and stretches the underlying fascia of the body area. Your body's natural healing process takes over, treating the area like an injury and the circulatory system removes the toxins from the area within days. There can be residual marks from the cupping, but those typical resolve within a day or two.
This healing technique will leave you feeling looser, lighter and pain free after your first session. Cupping can be added to your 60 or 90 minute deep tissue massage for an additional $30.00.
Hot Stone Massage: Ancient Indulgence for Body and Spirit
Hot stone massage therapy is a luxurious indulgence with a rich history. Dating back to ancient Egypt and used in various cultures like Native American sweat lodge ceremonies and the Indian practice of Ayurveda, this age-old healing therapy offers numerous physical and spiritual benefits.

The deep relaxation of massage is an effective method for stress relief and has been proven to reduce anxiety.
Trigger Point Energy Healing
Trigger Point Energy Healing is considered the most effective mentally, physically, and emotionally. For this to be effective, the client MUST be ready to relax and engage in deep breathing.
During this massage, you will experience different areas of your body “twitching” as the Parasympathetic Nervous System takes over. Often, the client will be able to hear and feel their body release old fluids. This sounds like loud gurgling and increased swallowing as fluids such as mucous, lymph and old synovial are released from within and processed deep within the abdominal cavity. Some clients cough as the fluid drains and many need to use the bathroom in the middle of the session. Robes are provided and this doesn’t count against your time.
