Josh Flagg's Weight Loss Story: A Journey of Cosmetic Procedures and Self-Discovery

Josh Flagg, the well-known real estate agent from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, has never shied away from discussing his experiences with cosmetic procedures. In an open and candid manner, he has shared details about the various enhancements he has undergone over the years. This article delves into Josh Flagg's weight loss journey, focusing on the cosmetic procedures he has had and how he takes care of his skin.

Backside Enhancement: A Matter of Repurposing

During an August 11 episode of the podcast Juicy Scoop, hosted by Heather McDonald, Josh Flagg openly discussed the cosmetic work he has had done. When asked about whether he had "enhanced" his backside, Josh confirmed that he had indeed undergone a fat transfer procedure. He explained that he had fat removed from another area of his body and then injected into his buttocks.

Josh clarified that he was not seeking a butt implant. Instead, the decision to use the removed fat for enhancement was a practical one. As he explained, "It wasn't like I wanted a butt implant, I didn't do that […] they were like, 'You have two choices, we can throw it away or you could use it somewhere else,' [and] I'm like, 'Might as well stick it somewhere!'"

Nose Jobs: A Series of Corrections

Heather McDonald also inquired about Josh Flagg's nose, asking, "And you've had a nose job?" Josh responded, "Oh, many times," and proceeded to explain the circumstances surrounding his multiple rhinoplasties.

Josh's first nose job took place when he was 16 years old. Unfortunately, an impulsive decision led to complications. "When I had my first nose job I was 16 and, like an idiot, I didn't like the packing they put in your nose because I couldn't stand the feeling," he began. "So, I pulled it out. You're not supposed to pull it out, the doctor takes it out for you. I took it out that evening, so my nose collapsed."

As a result of removing the packing prematurely, Josh's nose collapsed, necessitating further surgery. "I had to get it done […] six months later and it wasn't perfect so I went back a third time, and the third time was a charm."

In a 2016 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Josh provided additional details about his nose jobs. He mentioned that the first procedure was initially intended to correct a deviated septum. "It wasn't vanity. The first one I had for a deviated septum," Josh joked. "The second one was because the doctor didn't do such a good job. And the third one was because it wasn't perfect. But now, I think it's a very good nose."

David Parnes' Nose Job and Josh's Recommendation

Josh Flagg's experience with rhinoplasty also indirectly influenced his Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles co-star, David Parnes. After experiencing breathing complications from a past nose job, David sought Josh's advice and ultimately consulted Josh's doctor to address the issue. David Parnes said during the cast’s appearance on WWHL that Josh Saved him.

Skincare Routine: Maintaining a Youthful Glow

In addition to cosmetic procedures, Josh Flagg places importance on skincare. During NBCUniversal's upfront presentation in May 2022, Josh and his friend Tracy Tutor shared their favorite skincare routines and products.

Tracy Tutor expressed her loyalty to Dr. Lancer's products, stating, "I love Dr. Lancer's products. I've been using them religiously for, like, almost 20 years, so if I have decent skin, I owe it to him." Josh Flagg also uses Dr. Lancer's products. Josh also mentioned his fondness for Dr. Barbara Sturm products, adding, “I use like 26 other doctors’ products."
