He further solidified his presence on the small screen with recurring roles on popular shows such as "The X-Files" as Deputy Director Kersh, "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "The West Wing," "Roseanne," "Beverly Hills, 90210," "JAG," and "Six Feet Under."
