Nutrition Store Tours: Hy-Vee dietitians lead Nutrition Store Tours, helping you navigate the aisles and make informed food choices. Free Nutrition Tours are also available every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at noon, covering different topics and providing an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the best foods for your health.
Weight Management Program: Hy-Vee's registered dietitians work one-on-one with you to develop a personalized weight management plan that is sustainable and delivers long-lasting results. The program focuses on building a healthy lifestyle that fits your individual needs and goals.
Balancing Your Blood Sugar Program: This action-based group program is designed for individuals with prediabetes, diabetes, or gestational diabetes, as well as those looking to lower inflammation, reduce sugar intake, and control cravings. The $199 program includes a pre-program A1C & Biometric Screening in-person at select Hy-Vee locations, (4) 60-minute virtual group sessions with your Hy-Vee dietitian, Post-program A1C & Biometric Screening in-person at select Hy-Vee locations. The program includes nutrition education, actionable goals, group discussions and time for self-refection.

Healthy Habits Menu Program: Healthy Habits is a 4-week menu program designed for customers seeking an eating plan to support a balanced lifestyle, with 1:1 support from a Hy-Vee dietitian.
Wellness Wednesday: Dietitians host a complimentary virtual nutrition class on the second Wednesday of each month from 12-12:30 pm (CST) on different hot and trending topics while highlighting simple recipes and go to products to try!
Kansans 60+ Nutrition Counseling: In partnership with the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services, Hy-Vee Dietitians are conducting nutrition counseling consults for the first 400 Kansans age 60 years or older who sign up. By scheduling this complimentary session, you will meet your Hy-Vee registered dietitian and learn about the services offered and what package is the perfect fit for you to start your wellness journey.

The six-session program incorporates medication and includes class materials, as well as access to a Hy-Vee Dietitian.
