Booking a Consultation and Program Costs
The physician consultation is $200, but this amount is waived if you book a 4-month treatment plan with us for $1999. The 4-month treatment program includes all the medications and supplies needed for semaglutide, as well as the physician consult and nurse visits.

Please arrive at your appointment at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All services have a specific time schedule. An early arrival allows for a relaxed experience. All appointments begin and end on time in order to maintain the clinic’s schedule. If the appointment does not start on time due to client tardiness, the appointment time will be reduced accordingly.
ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED $100. We recognize the time of our clients and provider is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
