It wasn’t from research or testing out recipes that I stumbled upon this. Ingredients

  • Cake:
    • Dry ingredients: Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
    • Wet ingredients: Combine room temperature butter, cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Add eggs, vanilla extract, liquid stevia and combine well.
  • Frosting:
    • 6 ounces of cream cheese
    • 3 tablespoons of butter
    • Optional: Keto-friendly sweeteners, flavorings, and toppings to taste.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cake Batter: Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Make sure not to over mix! Lumps are okay.
