Medication and Administration

Typically, the medication is administered once weekly by subcutaneous injection. Once the visit is complete and a credit card is placed on file, the provider sends the prescription to one of their associate pharmacies to be compounded. It can take about 5 business days to process the prescription. Refills will be discussed during follow-up visits. While on the monthly auto-draft, refills will not be ordered until payment has been processed. It is recommended to make the first auto draft 3 weeks from when you first order, so you are able to stay on track without running out of medication. The medication should be stored in the refrigerator when not in use, but it does NOT need to be packed on ice when traveling. Rather, just place it in the refrigerator whenever you get to your destination.

It is understood that every patient’s needs are different to have a healthy and continuous weight loss and achieve their goal weight. Their high dose membership offers up to 12.5mg/week (as medically appropriate) for an additional fee per month.
